Ingredients
  

  • Pretzel Mixture:
  • 1 ½ cups crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Cream Cheese Mixture:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple well-drained

Instructions
 

  • Pretzel Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix pretzels, melted butter, and sugar, and bake on a sheet for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Add Pineapple: Drain pineapple well and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Assemble: Fold in pretzel crust just before serving for maximum crunch.

Notes

Prepare the pretzel mixture and cream cheese mixture in advance, but combine just before serving for the best texture. Enjoy this crowd-pleaser!
