Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for coating

Instructions
 

  • Mix chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
  • Add corn syrup, bourbon (if using), and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
  • Scoop mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Place granulated sugar in a shallow dish. Roll each ball in sugar to coat.
