Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares are a nostalgic, no-bake treat that combines creamy peanut butter with fluffy marshmallows and a hint of butterscotch.

Equipment

  • Microwave-Safe Bowl or Double Boiler: For melting ingredients.
  • Mixing Spoon: For stirring.
  • 8x8 or 9x9-inch Baking Pan: For setting the squares.
  • Parchment Paper: For easy removal of the squares.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Pan: Line an 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt Mixture: Combine butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Cool and Combine: Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in mini marshmallows.
  • Set in Pan: Spread mixture in the prepared pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Serve: Lift from pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
