Ingredients
  

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • For the Filling:
  • 4 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: To 325°F (160°C).
  • Make the Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, add sugar, then sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time until smooth.
  • Bake: Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool in the oven with the door cracked.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
