Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, add onion and garlic, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Layer half the potatoes, half the beef, and half the sauce in the baking dish. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, top with cheese, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
