Crispy Air Fryer Tofu recipe

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Paper towels
  • Tongs or spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Olive oil spray for air fryer

Instructions
 

  • Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes or strips.
  • Marinate tofu with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  • Coat tofu with cornstarch, tossing gently.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Notes

Remove tofu from air fryer and serve immediately.
