Ingredients

skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

box stuffing mix
or homemade stuffing

can
10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
1/2
cup
chicken broth
1
cup
shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Salt
pepper, and garlic powder to taste

tablespoons
butter
for sautéing, if needed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook and shred or dice the chicken.
Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and half of the stuffing. Stir until well mixed.
Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining stuffing and cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
