Chicken and Spinach Casserole with Cream Cheese is a delicious, creamy, and satisfying one-dish meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or casual family gatherings.

  • Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Sear in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  • Layer spinach in the baking dish, top with chicken, and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the casserole.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the cheese is bubbly.
