Ingredients
  

  • 20 ounces refrigerated ravioli cheese or mushroom-filled
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Large skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until tender, then add garlic and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the ravioli in the baking dish. Top with half the mushroom mixture and sauce. Repeat layers.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
