Ingredients
12ozpastapenne, rotini, or your favorite kind
2bonelessskinless chicken breasts
2tbspolive oil
Salt and pepperto taste
1tspItalian seasoning
2tbspbutter
3clovesgarlicminced
1cupheavy cream
1cupchicken broth
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsleychopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water and drain.
Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and chicken broth, simmer to thicken. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until smooth.
Combine: Add pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
