Cheesy Chicken Pasta

This Cheesy Chicken Pasta is creamy, comforting, and loaded with cheesy goodness—perfect for a cozy night in.

Equipment

  • Large Skillet or Deep Pan: For cooking the chicken and the sauce.
  • Large Pot: To cook the pasta.
  • Wooden Spoon or Spatula: For stirring and sautéing.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta penne, rotini, or your favorite kind
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water and drain.
  • Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and chicken broth, simmer to thicken. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until smooth.
  • Combine: Add pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
