Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Steam broccoli until tender and drain well.
In a saucepan, heat cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Whisk until smooth, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine broccoli, cheese sauce, and beaten eggs in a large bowl. Transfer to the baking dish.
Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
Notes
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
