- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Steam broccoli until tender and drain well.
- In a saucepan, heat cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Whisk until smooth, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine broccoli, cheese sauce, and beaten eggs in a large bowl. Transfer to the baking dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
