Marinating chicken is a fantastic way to infuse it with flavor, and using the air fryer to cook it results in a beautifully crispy exterior and juicy interior.

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place your chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  • Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, discarding any excess marinade, and cook in the air fryer for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
